AUSTRALIA DELIVERY

Public Holiday Notice: As we are closed on public holidays, orders will be prioritised to the next business day and all other orders will have a slightly longer dispatch time to account for the warehouse closure. 

All consignments are tracked. The tracking number will be sent to you via email. If you can’t find it please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

$9.95 Standard Shipping*

$17.95 Express Shipping, $14.95 for orders over $89*

*Disclaimer: we reserve the right to charge freight costs for orders that incur a higher-than-average delivery fee to remote areas. If you would like to check your delivery address with us, please contact us and we'd be happy to check! Dangerous goods also incur a higher shipping fee and will be calculated at checkout (this includes Isopropyl Alcohol).

NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY

Standard Shipping rates available at checkout.

No DG products are able to be shipped to New Zealand.

All import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We are currently shipping to Australia, New Zealand and Indonesia. If you would like to see if we will ship particular items to a different location, we may be able to accommodate the request. Please email us the items and address to hello@regalbyanh.com.au.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Where your item needs to be sent via courier, we will require your phone number. We cannot book courier deliveries without a valid daytime phone number for the recipient.

We take great care when packing every order to ensure it reaches you in good condition.

Your order will be sent through Australia Post or one of our preferred couriers.

Dangerous Goods

Please note - Items designated as Dangerous Goods cannot be shipped via express or air carrier delivery services, which may result in additional transit days for regional or remote areas. 

Delivery Failures

In the event of a consignment is returned to us because:

  • An incorrect address was provided by you
  • You failed to collect it from the Post Office or local depot where relevant
  • You were unavailable to sign for the delivery
  • You refused the delivery
  • The courier could not access the property
  • You provided an Authority to Leave, but there was no clear safe location at the delivery point for the parcel to be left

A re-delivery fee will be calculated to your delivery address and is required to be paid prior to re-dispatch.

In the event of a delivery failure as described above, where you then request a refund, we will deduct the original shipping cost already paid to the delivery contractor from the amount you are refunded.
